HISTORY

Walkstar is a new business that has studied the need of pet parents here in San Juan for some time. We consist of professional dog walkers/cat caregivers/pet boarders who not only care for the pets' needs, but for their personalities as well. Many behavior problems stem from personality traits of these beloved animals that are not being supported (intelligence, social traits, etc.) and we wanted to create a new design of what services a pet care professional should be providing. In this day and age, we know that dogs need more than some grass to relieve themselves on, and cats need more than food. Walkstar was founded to truly care for San Juan's pets, as well as bring an all around peace of mind to their families. Walkstar, the registered corporation, was also created with another purpose. We are a nonprofit corporation that donates 100% of profits to animal interests locally and internationally. We would like to believe that by helping local pets & their families, we are generating the means to better the lives of animals everywhere.
